About the Climate Stories Map

The Climate Stories Map is a public, multilingual map of Europe where citizens' climate stories are pinned to the places they belong to. Climate change is usually communicated through statistics; this platform communicates it through people — through memories, emotions, challenges, ideas and actions that shape our communities every day.

The 3H project

The map is the lasting legacy of Head · Heart · Hands — 3H for Climate Agents of Change, an Erasmus+ cooperation partnership in adult education (2025–2027). The 3H approach connects understanding (Head), emotion and values (Heart), and action (Hands).

Every story on the map is one of four kinds — The Witness, The Problem-Solver, The Turning Point and The Visionary — and stories are welcome from every European country, not only the four project countries.

How stories reach the map

There is no public submission form. Stories arrive by e-mail and are written up and published by the project partners. If you have a story to tell, read how to share your story.
